(1) In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use, if you are interested. For this purpose, you usually have to provide further personal data that we need and use to provide the respective service.

(2) In some cases, we use external service providers to process your data. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, they are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored.

(3) Furthermore, we may pass on your personal data to third parties, if contract conclusions or similar services are offered by us together with partners. You will receive more information on this, when you provide your personal data or below in the description of the offer.

This is the case, if the processing is not necessary, in particular, for the fulfilment of a contract with you, which is shown by us in each case in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and either cease or adapt the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue the processing.

We use the widespread SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser when visiting the website. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can see whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the address or lower status bar of your browser.

Adobe web fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Adobe for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display text and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to the Adobe servers. This gives Adobe Typekit the knowledge that our website was accessed via your IP address. Adobe Typekit Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offerings. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer. You can find more information about Adobe Fonts at https://fonts.adobe.com/ and in the Adobe Fonts privacy policy:www.adobe.com/de/privacy/policies/adobe-fonts.html
